Engaged over 440 K audience members and increased brand loyalty
Tinkoff bank asked us to produce short greeting videos for their loyal customers which would celebrate anniversaries of using the bank’s services. The idea was to highlight the special bonds between the user and the bank using transactional data.
What was the task
Together with Tinkoff we explored this creative route further and developed 33 custom animated stories dedicated to popular types of transactions. These formed a personalized greeting for each user based on his/her transactional history.
And How We Did It
Should the characters be male of female? If we start dividing audience by sex, will we need to make storylines for both?
After discussing Character Design for a while, we came up with an idea of a gender-neutral character which could work for any audience.
